  • When you join, you’ll get access to my coaching app where all of your tailored workouts, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking live. Each week, we’ll have a check-in together to review your progress and adjust your plan so it always fits your goals and lifestyle. Plus, you’ll have a direct line to me for accountability and support whenever you need it, so you’re never left doing this alone.

  • Either works! Most of my clients train in the gym, but I can also design an effective plan for home workouts or even apartment gyms using whatever equipment you have. The key is that your program will always be tailored to you and your lifestyle.

  • Everyone’s body is different, but most clients start noticing changes in as little as 2–6 weeks - feeling stronger, more confident in the gym, and seeing their body composition shift. Real, lasting transformation takes consistency, and this isn’t a quick fix.

  • Most programs are cookie-cutter. They’re not built for petite women, which means they often backfire or stall progress. My coaching is tailored to your frame, lifestyle, and goals, and you’ll never be doing it alone. I’ll be guiding, supporting, and adjusting your plan as you go.

  • Absolutely. My coaching isn’t about restriction, it’s about balance. You’ll learn how to enjoy foods you love while still hitting your goals. That means no “good” or “bad” foods, no cutting out carbs, and no unrealistic rules.
